Organisation - Umbrella term linking multiple legal entities. Parent and sister entities may fall within a single organisation. No trading activity occurs at the organisation level;
Legal Entity (aka Trading Entity) - This is the trading entity that is KYC’d and permissioned to trade on an exchange (set up with attributes, limits, etc). Trading entities have distinct legal personality from one another and each will be subject to skew.’s KYC requirements;
Authorised Person - A user that is authorised to access a trading account. Authorised Persons may fulfil the role of either Administrator or ordinary trading member;
Organisation Administrator - A user that can trigger new onboarding applications only. Organisation Admins cannot share onboarding applications - i.e. no other user will have access to the information pertaining to an onboarding application they did not trigger;
Legal Entity Admin - Legal Entity Admins can manage one or more Legal Entities within an Organisation. This user can add / remove Authorized Persons for that legal entity, manage sub accounts and vary trading limits;
Trading Member - An ordinary trading member can be associated with multiple trading entities, but cannot manage a legal entity.
