Step 2: Click ‘+ Add a new key’ and
- Select read_write for Block Trade.
- Enter ‘skewTrading’ for Name
- Optional: For added security, you can whitelist skew.’s IP by entering 13.58.185.163 in the appropriate field
- Click ‘Add new key’ to generate a unique API Key (or ‘Client ID’) and Client Secret.
The remaining fields are optional only and not required to permission skew. to submit trades to Deribit on your behalf. Please consult Deribit support if you have any further questions.
Step 3: Navigate to the 'Trading Entities' section of your skew. Hub, click 'Management' and select the Trading Entity that you wish to update, and enter your firm's Deribit trading information.
CME
You will need to contact your Futures Clearing Merchant and instruct them to permission skew. as a broker to submit block trades on your behalf. We will become privy to your CME information once this process is complete, which we may use to set up your account.
Similar to Deribit, you may provide your CME exchange information to skew. directly from the ‘Manage Account’ page in your skew. Hub.
Notes
The Manage Account page can be found by selecting the 'Manage Account' option from the drop down menu at the top right of any page.
When inputting your Firm's attributes, please ensure that you select the correct Trading Entity that you wish to update.
If you do not see the fields for the correct exchange, please contact our compliance department on the email address provided below.
We strongly recommend that you do not email your exchange credentials to us. We have developed the above channels as a secure means to provide this information to skew., with your security interests in mind!
Please note, permissioning skew. to submit block trades to an exchange does not provision us with access to your account. We cannot trade on your behalf, nor can we amend material features of your account, such as authorised persons, risk or credit limits, etc. Please contact compliance@skew.com if you have any concerns.
