Trade confirmations are sent after every trade to the email address that is associated with the trading Sub Account. The Admin personnel can set, edit, or add additional addresses, directly from the account at any time. You can additionally set different email addresses for each Sub Account.
In order to set or update the trade confirmation email address, you will need to access the 'Manage Account' section when logged in to your skewTrading. account. This will take you to the skew. Hub, from where you may navigate to 'Trading' and then 'Sub Accounts'. Next, select the Sub Account for which you wish to add or amend an email address and update as necessary. You can add multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma.
Please be aware that the confirmation email will be sent to all of the listed emails for each trade associated with that Sub Account.
