The following article lays out steps that can be taken to help diagnose and resolve connection issues to the skew. platform. You can also check our status page to determine if you are facing a client or server side issue.
Firewall
skew. operates across a number of web domains, which are used to serve data from our different API services. If you are connecting through a corporate or personal network that operates on a firewall this may impact your ability to connect to our service. To resolve this issue you should attempt to manually add the API URLs to your 'allow list'. You can find the relevant URLs at the bottom of this article.
Antivirus software / Browser extensions
It is common for antivirus software to install browser extensions, or network traffic interceptors, that will intercept your web traffic and modify or block the data. Depending on the software you use you may need to add our API URLs to your 'allow list'. Below are some links to common antivirus software providers on how to do this. Once again, you can also find the URLs to approve on your antivirus software at the bottom of this page.
