skew. accounts are password protected for the security of our users. In the case that you need to change your password you are able to do that from within your account, unless you are unable to gain access to it. If you have forgotten your password you will be able to request a new one. Both cases are outlined below.
Change your password
If you have not lost your password, and therefore still have access to your account, you are able to reset your password in the ‘Security’ section of your account. In the top right corner select your account name, and then ‘Manage Account’ in the drop down menu. Now, in your skew. account, navigate to the ‘Security’ section on the left menu. At that point you will be prompted to enter your old password and the new one that you would like to change it to.
Request a new password
If you have lost your password then you will be able to request a password reset at the point of logging in. Once you have confirmed the email associated with your account, you will be sent a message with relevant instructions. Following those, you are able to enter your new password, which you can use to log in going forward.
